We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Print-on-demand items that are returned due to change of mind may incur a restocking fee.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return: Email hello@purrandpawsplace.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
